We’ve run numerous Cheltenham Festival preview evenings with celebrity panellists, at racing venues including, Chepstow, Newcastle, Exeter, Sedgefield and more.

Each event is supported by a tailored preview booklet including offers, panellist bios, insights from Silvestre De Sousa and notes on key festival races.

These impressive events have given customers a priceless insight into the festival from a panel of racing specialists. We’ve included dedicated interviews with champion jockeys, both in printed booklets and during the event via live telephone calls.

We’ve also produced a bespoke Race Preview Guide, which our special guests used to take invaluable race notes during the evening.

SOCIAL MEDIA

Social media played a big role, including live broadcasts of the preview evenings.

As an example, one tweet achieved impressions (seen by) of 76,130, with a total tweet engagement (clicks/retweets/comments) of 2,850.

VENUE BRANDING AND ADVERTISING

We produced branded backdrops with LED lighting, branded seat covers, digital screens and neatly arranged tables, to add impact and style to the surroundings.

Portable LED screens showed all Cheltenham offers, along with a welcome message and casino offers. Content was scheduled to show the latest odds for each day in 30-minute sequences, to coincide with the panel discussion.
